Qualifications

• 20+ years of IT experience with 10+ years as a manager on programs with 20+ personnel.
• Direct experience with SEC IT systems, especially EDGAR - highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate end user feedback to technical and design leads.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the direct liaison to the SEC's Contracting Officer and primary point of contact.
• Supervise and manage all contractor personnel.
• Anticipate staffing needs and plan to ramp-up/down.
