Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services preferred.
• Experience with portfolio project management tools (MS Excel/MS Project) and scheduling.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Iterative, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to explain risks clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of programs.
• Ensure projects are on time and within budget; follow IT governance.
• Advise program team on projects, tasks, and operations.
• Define scope, deliverables, budget, and schedule with sponsors.
