Remote-first role with periodic travel; reside in the local chapter area. Requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and fundraising capabilities to advance chapter goals and community impact.

Qualifications

• Independent self-starter with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally up to 60% of the time to support chapter events.
• Volunteer recruitment and management experience.
• Business development and fundraising experience.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to facilitate meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs and events for the local chapter, aligning design with funding opportunities.
• Support local fundraising efforts and steward relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Build local collaborations with community organizations and partners.
• Assist with local advocacy efforts and chapter initiatives.
• Travel as needed for meetings, events, and offsite planning.
