EWINGS is seeking an individual to assist our client (a QIO) as a Program Director.

Program Director - Provides overall communication, management, and accountability for meeting all targets and commitments made in the QIN-QIO Submission.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, or related healthcare field, strongly preferred; master's degree in healthcare administration or related field, strongly preferred.

5+ years progressive experience in QI within a healthcare environment, including general knowledge of regulatory and compliance.

Knowledge of Quality Improvement principles, practices, and implementing QI models.

Experience reviewing and creating improvement plans utilizing statistical healthcare data.

Shall be able to foster an environment of continuous quality improvement and promote patient care excellence.

Demonstrated experience in project management of complex multidisciplinary teams and initiatives.
