Job summary

Kesem is seeking a Program Coordinator (PC) to oversee multiple chapters, ensuring successful delivery of our flagship overnight summer camp and year-round programs. This remote, junior-level role supports college student leaders, manages chapter fundraising goals, and collaborates with operations and other Kesem staff to drive program success.

The PC will coordinate with managers, lead chapter development, ensure compliance with standards, and facilitate training across regions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year out of school.
• Camp/youth development experience.
• Experience leading peer-to-peer fundraising.
• Willingness to travel frequently (US).
• Strong leadership, conflict management and organizational skills.
• Experience with camp programming and donor databases (Salesforce).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development and chapter performance across multiple chapters.
• Help chapters execute fundraising plans and manage budgets and donor records.
• Support program delivery and ensure adherence to standards and DEI values.
• Manage chapter transitions and select student directors each year.
• Oversee background checks and training for camp attendees.
• Launch new camps and year-round programs per growth plan.
• Coordinate relationships with local community contacts and hospitals.
