Job summary

Association of American Colleges & Universities (AAC&U) invites applications for a Program Coordinator for the Advancing Public Trust in Higher Education (APT) Initiative. This role provides programmatic and administrative support to grow a coalition of college leaders, business and civil society partners, and other stakeholders.

The position reports to the Associate Director and collaborates with multiple teams.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in program support, project management, or related roles.
  • Interest in higher education in the United States or globally a plus.
  • Experience coordinating projects, coalitions, and networks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with relationship cultivation and partner engagement.
  • Support project management, timelines, data collection, evaluation activities, and tracking grant deliverables for the APT initiative.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person APT events with college leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with OLS Leadership Development Program Coordinator on joint APT and OLS programming.
  • Support APT communications, including newsletters, social media, and reports.
