Job summary

CAI is seeking a Program Analyst Intern to gain hands-on experience in program analysis and contribute to projects that drive business growth and operational improvement. This full-time internship runs from June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027 and is remote, requiring 40 hours per week with core hours 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST.

Qualifications

• Current junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Major in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Strong interest in research, writing, and problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of business programs and initiatives to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct research to support program development and strategy
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing business operations
• Support program managers in organizing and executing projects
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high level of organization
