Job summary

CAI in the United States is seeking a Program Analyst Intern to gain hands-on experience in program analysis while contributing to projects that drive business growth and operational improvement. This full-time internship is remote and runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week. Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 a.m.

EST to 5:00 p.m. EST) for the entire 9-week duration of the program.

Qualifications

Current junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
Major in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
Strong interest in research, writing, and problem-solving.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Passionate about understanding how businesses grow and improve.
Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Assist in analysis of business programs and initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct research to support program development and strategy.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights.
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing business operations.
Support program managers in organizing and executing projects.
