Job summary

CAI is offering a Program Analyst Intern role that provides hands-on experience in program analysis and contributing to projects that drive business growth and operational improvement. The full-time internship runs from June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027 and is remote with 40 hours per week. Core hours are 8:30 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. EST. All work must be performed in the United States; sponsorship is not offered now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Current junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• Major in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field
• Strong interest in research, writing, and problem-solving
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Proactive attitude and effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of business programs and initiatives to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct research to support program development and strategy
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing business operations
• Support program managers in organizing and executing projects
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high level of organization
