Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Program Analyst II to support DoD Credentialing programs remotely from the United States. The role focuses on operational support, reporting, and process improvement within a cross-functional IT and training environment. You will help track tasks, develop strategies, and generate regular reports to inform leadership decisions.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree desired (OR)
• 3+ years of experience in field management related to education and training or in a related area.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Background Check required.

Responsibilities

• Assists Information Technology personnel with tracking tasks & deliverables.
• Assists IT personnel maintain a forward-looking presence and readiness by participating in process improvement.
• Designs and produces weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc reporting products.
• Assists with developing operational strategy and the recognition of trends.
• Use DoD forms, computers, inventory management systems, and databases.
• Complete annual Chenega and DoD required training as required.
• Record labor hours daily in the company’s timekeeping system as required.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Other duties as assigned.
