Qualifications
- 2+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Delivery for security vendors or SOC/IR teams.
- Experience in SOCs and IR processes and procedures.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers delivering automation solutions within a SOAR-driven environment.
- Act as a technical escalation point for team members.
- Coach and mentor engineers across technical and client-facing skills.
- Drive delivery quality and consistency across customer engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, TAM, and technical teams.
- Support customer escalations and key conversations.
