Job summary

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Profee Coder - Internal Med (per diem) for part-time, remote work. The role involves outpatient coding with CPT, modifiers, and ICD-10, with production pay around $25.50/hr for edits and $26.16/hr for coding.

Availability up to 15–20 hours per week, Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, and potential for future full-time opportunities. Certifications required (CPC/CCS/RHIT). US-based coder preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Profee Internal Medicine coding experience.
• Proficiency with CPT, ICD-10 and modifiers.
• EPIC (Single Pathway) experience preferred.
• Must pass coding assessment with 80% or higher.
• US-based healthcare coding professional.

Responsibilities

• Perform Profee Internal Medicine coding for outpatient encounters.
• Accurately assign CPT, modifiers and ICD-10 codes.
• Meet productivity and quality standards (encounters per hour).
• Work within the client’s EMR system using automated case assignment.
