Job summary

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, a national leader in Health Information Management (HIM) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), seeks a Profee Coder for Internal Medicine on a per diem basis in a remote, part-time W-2 role. Availability is 15–20 hours per week with pay around $25.50/hr for edits and $26.16/hr for coding.

Hours are scheduled by business needs, Monday–Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST, with potential call-in hours and PTO coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Profee Internal Medicine coding experience.
• Experience with CPT/ICD-10 coding and modifiers.
• EPIC (Single Pathway) experience preferred.
• US-based candidate with ability to pass a coding assessment (≥80%).
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform Profee Internal Medicine coding for outpatient/clinic encounters.
• Accurately assign CPT, modifiers, and ICD-10 codes.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Work directly within the client’s EMR system using automated case assignment.
