Job summary

Propelis, a global marketing services company, seeks a Production Planner to coordinate master production and delivery schedules across print, promo, digital, and fabrication. You will interface with operations and purchasing to ensure project success and meet timeline targets.

Ideal candidates have scheduling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Some travel to Butler, PA may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in production scheduling or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Print industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and approve master production and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with operations and purchasing to execute projects.
• Analyze activity planning data to set start dates and sequences.
• Attend planning meetings and communicate schedules across groups.
• Prepare and monitor delivery reports and prioritize directives.
• Assign activities to staff, work centers or machines.
• Verify durations and ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain work center/machine schedules for projects.
• Proactively resolve scheduling issues with area managers and planners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
