This onsite position manages a skilled team responsible for color and retouching, assembly, production art, and quality control while coordinating with Project Coordination to meet schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Production and 6+ years of leadership experience, with strong MS Office skills, budgeting, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Production or related field.
• 6+ years managing production teams.
• Willingness to travel locally or internationally.
• Strong MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Attends pre-production meetings and interfaces with customers as needed.
• Ensures high quality standards in production client deliverables.
• Works with project team and client contacts to meet specifications and budgets.
• Maintains knowledge of market trends and communicates insights to the team.
• Develops knowledge base for client categories and leverages insights.
• Develops production solutions to issues affecting department or client.
• Creates strong internal partnerships to meet client needs and KPIs.
• Proactively leads production process improvements to hit financial targets.
• Sets priorities and coordinates work with other supervisors.
• Follows up with reports to ensure on-target hours and deadlines.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities; mentors and develops team.
