Podium Education is seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to join our team. The role supports a seasoned designer, delivering high-quality assets across digital, print, and web, with a focus on web work.

This remote position lists Austin, TX as HQ with preference for candidates in Central or South America. Ideal candidates bring 2–5+ years in design within education or tech, a strong eye for consistency, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience or willingness to work on a web platform. (currently use Duda)
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on consistency, alignment, and precision.
• Ability to work quickly and independently in a high-velocity business environment.
• 2-5+ years of design-related experience in a fast-paced industry (education, tech, or similar fields preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with limited oversight.
• Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of a seasoned designer.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute design assets across various media, including digital, print, and web, ensuring brand consistency and quality (with the majority of the work focused on web).
• Translate creative briefs into polished, production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing partnerships, and product, to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proactively manage feedback, revisions, and file organization to streamline the production process.
• Support the lead designer on high-impact projects, with opportunities to take ownership of smaller initiatives.
