Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the GCS team supporting NASA’s deep space exploration programs in Houston. You will coordinate shop schedules, develop kits, and work with the Production Scheduler to maximize manufacturing efficiency.

The role requires strong project-controls experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10 years of project experience in project controls.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping schedules.
• Experience with manufacturing processes across machining, sheet metal, welding, composites, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shop production schedule by job, machine, work center, etc.
• Collaborate with Production Scheduler at the job level to optimize manufacturing.
• Plan and coordinate execution of manufacturing work requests using designated software.
• Review and adjust hardware development schedules to meet shop priorities.
• Develop job kits including material, consumables, and documentation.
• Provide schedule status reports to customers and answer inquiries.
• Perform other duties as required.
