Job summary

Online Consumer Panels America is seeking In-Home Usage Testers to work from home nationwide in the United States. Earn between $25 and $45 per hour for 15–25 hours per week on IHUT projects.

No experience is required. You will use a computer with internet access and may need a digital camera or smartphone to capture feedback, with payments weekly by direct deposit or check.

Participation is free and private; you may test products and provide real-time consumer insights for brands.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow specific instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit.
• Be able to work 15–25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine.
• Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.
• Have access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures.

Responsibilities

• Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the test schedule.
• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly.
• Read and follow the test schedule provided with each project (may include unpacking, journaling, feedback, etc.).
• Some projects may require using MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology for insights.
• There are times when the product may be discussed in a private chat room opened by a market research firm.
• Write reviews as requested in the test schedule for each project.
