Job summary

Online Consumer Panels America is seeking Product Testers to work from home across the United States to support upcoming NHUT projects with national and international firms. Roles offer 15-25 hours weekly at $25-$45 per hour, with no prior experience required.

Testers are independent contractors paid weekly via direct deposit or check. The company provides market research services and conducts in-home usage testing to gather real-time user feedback for product development and certification.

Qualifications

Ability to follow specific instructions.

Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

Document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, journals).
Care for the product being tested and use it responsibly.
Follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.
Some tests may require using mobile test technology for insights.
There may be private chat discussions about the product.
