Job summary

Online Consumer Panels America is seeking In-Home Usage Testers to work remotely from any location in the United States. Earn $25-$45 per hour with 15-25 hours per week across various product-testing projects. No experience required; independent contractor role with weekly direct deposit or check payments.

Testers document usage, provide feedback, and may use mobile testing tools. Benefits include flexible scheduling and the possibility to keep tested products in some projects.

Qualifications

• Be able to follow specific instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
• 15-25 hours per week commitment
• Access to a computer and reliable internet
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone capable of taking photos
• 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the daily schedule (screenshots, audio/video recordings, product journals)
• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
• Read and follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project (unpacking, journaling, reviews, etc.)
• Some tests may use MFour Mobile In-Home Test Technology for data capture
• Participate in private chat discussions about the product with market research firms
• Write reviews as requested for each project
