Ellucian Company L.P. is seeking a skilled Colleague Finance/HR Product Support Analyst to assist universities worldwide. You will diagnose and resolve Colleague-related issues, collaborate with engineering and partner teams, and contribute knowledge base content to improve self-help resources.

Ideal candidates bring experience with Colleague, Finance/HR workflows, and strong problem-solving abilities, with availability to work 11-8 EST a few days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Ellucian Colleague product.
• Familiar with Colleague Finance and/or HR workflows.
• Strong problem solving and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Colleague users and partners.
• Troubleshoot Colleague Finance/HR issues and performance.
• Document fixes and publish knowledgebase articles.
• Coordinate resolutions with engineering and partners.
