Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a bold, transformational vision for accountholder experiences across website and mobile app
• Reimagine employer experience within the admin application
• Identify drivers and blockers of engagement, health and financial outcomes, and translate insights into redesigned experiences
• Partner with design to prototype and refine experiences with deep behavioral insight
• Explore how AI, data and personalization can elevate guidance, content and nudges
• Define how we collect and use data to personalize and improve the experience
• Gather feedback from accountholders and employers to validate direction and build roadmap
• Communicate strategy and vision clearly to internal teams and external partners
