Job summary

Optum is seeking a Junior Product Analyst, Quality Assurance and Delivery, to ensure quality and readiness of product releases. The role coordinates across business and technology teams, overseeing testing, issue management, and change control to minimize disruption.

You will support release readiness, governance, and delivery trajectories, working with stakeholders and operations partners to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance (QA), user acceptance testing (UAT), and product release approval processes
• 1+ years of banking operations, including processing or supporting money movement activities such as ACH transactions, wire transfers, electronic payments, or related financial transactions
• 3+ years experience with SLDC tools such as aha, jira, confluence

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance and Testing Oversight: create and manage release testing artifacts and track execution.
• Issue Management: manage issues through full lifecycle from intake to closure.
• Release Readiness and Delivery Coordination: verify testing completion, approvals, and operational readiness.
• Configuration, Delivery & Operational Governance: support change control, documentation, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery and quality metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
