Job summary

Robusta Technology Group seeks a Mid-Level Product Owner / Service Designer to translate user needs and business goals into clear product direction within a remote project environment. You will lead service design, map journeys, prioritize requirements, and align stakeholders for efficient operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in relevant roles, strong Agile experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, service design, UX design, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership activities, including defining product vision, managing priorities, and supporting delivery of product initiatives.
• Conduct service design activities to identify user needs, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and workflow definition sessions.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into clear product requirements and actionable deliverables.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, user impact, and project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, designers, developers, and operational teams.
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders through effective communication, workshops, and decision-making processes.
• Define and optimize operational workflows to improve service efficiency and user experience.
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements.
• Document processes, requirements, user journeys, and service design outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, service design, UX design, business analysis, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing product requirements, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong understanding of service design methodologies, customer journey mapping, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured solutions and clear product requirements.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience with digital products, platforms, or service transformation projects is preferred.
