Job summary
AI2IO is seeking a Product Owner to own the day-to-day product and delivery operating model for a software development team. You will partner with engineers, designers, QA specialists, project managers, client-facing teams, and business stakeholders to discover meaningful problems, define valuable solutions, prioritize work, facilitate Agile delivery, and validate outcomes.
This role combines product ownership, requirements analysis, Agile facilitation, and delivery coordination.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or agile delivery.
- Experience supporting software delivery teams and creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own backlog prioritization and ensure readiness for the delivery team.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and translate problems into requirements.
- Coordinate across Design, QA, Engineering, and PM teams to align priorities.
- Validate outcomes and participate in release-readiness activities.
