Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is building globally impactful social discovery products and offers a remote, full-time Product Owner role to own the paying customer journey after purchase.

You will focus on activation, matching, relevance, and experience to move customers toward the value moment. Work with engineers, designers, and analysts, run experiments, analyze results, and iterate to scale what works.

Qualifications

• Experience owning post-purchase customer journeys for B2C products.
• Ability to run experiments and interpret metrics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with designers and engineers.
• Familiarity with activation and onboarding concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own activation, matching, and experience after a user pays.
• Improve recommendation relevance and trust in shown offers.
• Design mechanics to re-engage users and drive value moments.
• Run data-driven experiments and iterate based on results.
• Collaborate with data/ML teams to ship changes.
