Job summary

Trust Wallet in the United States is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who blends strategy and hands-on execution in the Web3 space. You’ll own integrated marketing across acquisition, retention, and branding, translating on-chain insights into compelling narratives that resonate with crypto natives and mainstream users.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, with Crypto/Web3 exposure preferred.
• Proven track record owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns.
• Generalist or 'full-stack' marketing experience across brand, growth, content and product marketing.
• You are an on-chain user with wallet history and ecosystem network.
• Familiarity with analytical tools (Dune, Nansen) and mobile attribution platforms.
• Treats initiatives as experiments, seeking signals and quick wins in numbers.
• English user-facing fluency; Mandarin a plus for ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native and performance channels.
• Define positioning and messaging for new features with Product and BD.
• Set, track, and report marketing KPIs including DAUs, installs, retention, ROAS, and share of voice.
• Own budget allocation with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
• Drive community engagement on Discord, Telegram, and X to build loyal cohorts.
• Identify and activate KOL/influencer partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns.
• Work with Product to shape go-to-market for features, chain integrations, and launches.
• Produce high-quality creative with internal teams for crypto natives and mainstream users.
