Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Technology Product Manager to support a Warehousing Automation team, focusing on Inbound Sortation 2.0 and WES/WMS integration. The PM will partner with developers, designers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to define priorities and roadmaps.

The role requires hands-on PM experience with WMS/WES, strong communication and data-analysis skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Warehouse Execution Systems (WES).
• Experience in product management or product ownership, preferably within an Agile environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate business needs into product requirements.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, applications, or reporting models.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five or more years of experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage product roadmaps, priorities, and initiatives to support warehousing automation goals.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver product enhancements.
• Support Agile product teams and participate in team ceremonies, including standups and planning sessions.
• Drive product strategy and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business value.
• Analyze data, applications, and reporting models to support product decisions and measure performance.
• Conduct business reviews and communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Support WMS and WES integration initiatives, including Inbound Sortation 2.0.
• Use reporting and productivity tools to track progress, support decision-making, and communicate results.
