The Product Manager is a strategic role responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of assigned products, aligning business goals, customer requirements, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience, required.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies, while establishing and monitoring performance standards and productivity targets to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Manage assigned products through all stages of the product lifecycle, including strategy, development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Craft and deliver presentations and key messaging to clients and prospective clients, effectively communicating the value, benefits, and strategic positioning of assigned product(s).
• Develop deep knowledge of Navitus products and market dynamics to collaborate on expanding offerings, refining positioning, and crafting strategic messaging for clients.
