Palco, Inc. is hiring a remote Product Manager to lead the product roadmap and vision for our self-directed care management platform. You will drive execution of the product plan, collaborate with IT and leadership, and align product efforts with Palco’s strategy to deliver compliant, efficient solutions.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer needs and market trends while guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle to deliver impactful features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Healthcare/Self-Direction Programs experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and vision.
• Collaborate with Director and IT teams to align with corporate goals.
• Prioritize product and customer requirements to meet business needs.
