VRIZE is seeking a Product Manager – OMS & Fulfillment / Post-Purchase to own the roadmap for order management, fulfillment, and post-purchase experiences. You will partner with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions that drive value and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management, hands-on retail ecommerce experience across OMS, fulfillment, and post-purchase, and proficiency with collaboration tools and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), Fulfillment, and/or Post-Purchase experiences
• Experience partnering with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, Asana, or similar tools.
• AEO/Agentic Commerce experience or knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the product roadmap for OMS, Fulfillment, and Post-Purchase experiences.
• Lead product discovery initiatives and gather customer and stakeholder feedback to define product requirements.
• Prioritize and groom the product backlog to align with business objectives.
• Drive product development by partnering with engineering and UX to solve problems and optimize products.
• Guide product features and requirements while making product-level decisions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, and UX teams to align on requirements and design decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the post-purchase customer journey and supporting order and fulfillment experiences.
• Produce documentation that supports productive discussions and informed decision-making.
• Define and own the customer experience (CX) for assigned products.
• Measure product performance and drive successful product delivery.
