Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics LLC is seeking a Product Manager to oversee management, marketing and commercialization of MSD products, ensuring revenue and profit goals are met. The role involves defining customer needs, developing product requirements, and planning future product launches for the marketplace.

The position requires advanced scientific or business background with strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration across Global Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a scientific or business related discipline required.
• PhD strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in developing and commercializing products in Life Science Research or Clinical markets.
• Experience with ISO/cGMP/CLIA or similar regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of customer requirements and competitive environment to gain sustainable advantage.
• Monitor the competitive environment and perform competitive product analysis.
• Develop, execute and monitor product line plans and marketing campaigns for assay product lines.
• Identity, develop and launch new product offerings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Sales, Sales, Scientific Support, Customer Service and Finance to improve marketing effectiveness and customer loyalty.
