Job summary

Destify is seeking a Product Manager for Internal Services to own the roadmap for internal tools used by Sales, Revenue, Accounting and Guest Experience, transforming day-to-day friction into efficient workflows that help teams focus on weddings rather than spreadsheets.

The role is fully remote, collaborating with engineering, design, and business partners to deliver customer value and scale our internal platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management, ideally on internal platforms, business systems, or operations tooling.
• 2+ years owning an outcome-led roadmap and maintaining priorities across teams.
• Experience with EOS is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and publish 90-day roadmaps aligned to company goals and update quarterly.
• Own backlog, acceptance criteria, and release timing; prototype or test to minimize build-costs.
• Lead cross-functional alignment, plan proactively, and drive adoption across teams.
