Job summary

Tremco CPG is seeking a Product Manager I for a remote position. You will work on market intelligence, lifecycle management, and new product development to support a growing portfolio across commercial, institutional, and industrial markets.

The role involves strategy development, pricing, and prioritizing new product initiatives, with many opportunities to influence product launches and forecasting. Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years related experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint proficiency; CAD and SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer interviews and surveys.
• Perform competitive investigations and analysis.
• Support forecasting and market analysis with guidance.
• Create product charters and manage the product development process.
• Contribute to product pricing strategies and portfolio initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate product launches.
