Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare or Self-Direction programs is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and prioritize requirements to meet business goals.
• Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with IT and Director teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guide development efforts.
• Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver features on time.
