Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking experienced Product Managers and Product Owners to evaluate AI-generated content for an advanced system development project. This is a contractor, remote, part-time engagement focusing on assessment and analysis of prompts and documentation.

You will review responses, write rationales, score for clarity and audience suitability, and provide precise feedback. Eligible countries include United Kingdom, United States, and Canada; compensation ranges from $90 to $140 per hour

Qualifications

• Product management or product ownership experience, ideally with a record in cross-functional product development
• Native-level or bilingual English fluency
• Experience authoring and evaluating specifications, PRDs, acceptance criteria, release notes, or decision documents
• Ability to judge content for executives, technical stakeholders, and end users
• Skill in providing actionable written feedback on technical or user-facing documentation
• Strong attention to detail and critical analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and meet remote project deadlines
• Product management and AI content evaluation subject matter expertise
• Model evaluation, RLHF, or annotation familiarity is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Assess and compare responses to prompts involving specifications, release notes, user-facing copy, and stakeholder updates
• Score content for clarity, tone, instruction adherence, and usefulness to the intended audience
• Write detailed rationales explaining whether each response meets prompt requirements and audience needs
• Identify fluent but irrelevant or incomplete writing that fails to answer the question
• Spot factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and content that exceeds or misses prompt constraints
• Collaborate virtually and asynchronously with project managers and reviewers
• Help maintain consistency and quality across assessments
