Job summary

OpenTrain is seeking a Personalized AI Response Evaluation Rater to support AI training focused on personalized responses. You will review AI-generated answers and personalized retrieval prompts, apply project guidelines, and document evidence-based judgments.

This is a remote contractor engagement for US-based contributors, up to 16 weeks, at least four hours per day and four hours of overlap with Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
• Strong analytical judgment when assessing nuanced AI responses.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Clear written communication for structured evaluation feedback.
• Ability to identify incorrect personalization, unsupported assumptions, and irrelevant recommendations.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply criteria consistently.
• Comfort working independently on remote review tasks.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Active use of connected productivity or consumer applications with sufficient account history.
