Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is hiring a Product Manager to support current products and initiatives within a division, collaborating with multiple departments to drive product planning, iteration, and delivery. The role focuses on lifecycle management, market planning, and pricing optimizations to enhance member value.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with remote work options and optional onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related project/program management professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• Preferred: experience with Medicare regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product strategy, pricing, and value proposition with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain a product dashboard and measurement plan for assigned products.
• Support product lifecycle management, market planning, and ongoing pricing monitoring.
• Assist with readiness and implementation plans for new products.
