Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Product Manager to lead enterprise Data Operations initiatives and the delivery of multi-modal data annotation, prompt/context engineering, model evaluation and Agentic AI solutions. This role blends product ownership with product operations to help clients operationalize their data for AI models while meeting security, governance, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Analytics.
• 710 years of experience across Product Management and / or Product Operations.
• Experience delivering enterprise DataOps platforms and AI/ML systems in production.
• Practical AI concepts: RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases.
• Experience authoring PRDs, roadmaps, and executive readouts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in enterprise environments.
• Background in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for data and AI capabilities.
• Translate business needs into outcome-driven requirements and architecture.
• Define success metrics for data quality, AI agent effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Develop PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for operability and reuse.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across data/ML engineering, platform, security, and clients.
• Plan complex programs across DataOps, MLOps, and Agentic AI workflows using Agile.
