Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own data products that deliver measurable client value. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to translate needs into outcomes, own the backlog and roadmap, and ensure alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.

You will collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams, define success metrics, enable gotomarket readiness, and contribute to documentation and release communications.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years’ experience in product strategy, product management or requirements intake role.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools and experience writing and managing user stories
• Cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to build productive relationships with technical and non-technical partners
• Business and technology acumen, including understanding customer needs, technical concepts, and business strategy

Responsibilities

• Set product vision & roadmap, balancing client needs with technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product leadership for alignment and sign‑offs.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog; adjust scope as needed.
• Define and track product success metrics (adoption, usage, revenue/retention impact).
• Translate client requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
