Qualifications

• Manager fluency in Release Management and pricing strategy on your roadmap.
• Curiosity about why GE customers do what they do.
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a tight-knit team.
• History of leaving business processes better than you found them.
• Hands-on Release Management experience that withstands a whiteboard interview.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track KPIs that measure progress against GE objectives.
• Coach stakeholders through the math behind a hard reallocation.
• Wire up dashboards so Toledo managers stop asking you for the same numbers.
• Run discovery with OH operators to find what the data won't show.
• Spot bottlenecks nobody mentions in standup and unclog them.
• Coordinate annual planning and resource allocation across teams.
• Lead due diligence on acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Explain renewal terms to remote clients to keep both sides whole.
