Job summary

Simbian, a remote-first security AI company, seeks a hands-on Product Management leader with SOC, threat hunting, and offensive security experience. You will own the product roadmap for AI Agents, distill customer feedback, and partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to land products in the market.

You will co-own GTM strategies, track competitors and leverage AI advances to improve security operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software product development experience.
• 5+ years in Detection Eng, SOC, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, or Offensive Security.
• First-principles thinker who challenges status quo.
• Ability to understand customers' perspective and articulate needs.
• Excellent communication with engineers, users, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for one or more AI Agents and drive it to reality in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Founders.
• Distill customer feedback and translate into product requirements and priorities.
• Co-own GTM with marketing and sales and optimize market entry strategies.
• Track competitors and partners to keep offerings differentiated and compelling.
