Job summary

Empyrean Solutions is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own Empyrean ALM, guiding discovery, requirements, and delivery for balance sheet risk solutions. You will work with CFOs, treasurers, and ALM analysts to shape the roadmap and ensure features align with real workflows.

You will collaborate closely with engineering on architecture, data models, and calculation engines, transforming customer insight into practical, shipped improvements across releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record shipping complex products used by customers.
• Hands-on customer discovery experience.
• Strong ability to define detailed functional requirements for complex software.
• Comfort discussing architecture, data models, APIs with engineering teams.
• Experience navigating enterprise buyers and stakeholder environments.
• Ability to set roadmap strategy and prioritize under constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the Empyrean ALM roadmap and backlog end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Write precise functional requirements for complex calculations and workflows.
• Groom the backlog and clarify requirements with the ALM engineering team.
• Partner with engineering on architecture and data models; provide customer context.
• Validate that shipped features solve real customer problems and add value.
