Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Intern - Product Manager to join the Real Identity Product Team. This remote, part-time internship offers hands-on exposure to shaping product strategy from conception to end-of-life, collaborating across design, development, QA, marketing, and delivery.

You will learn Real Identity capabilities, help build product business plans, write user stories, and work closely with engineering to implement development plans while monitoring impact on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI concepts (Examples: MCP servers, APIs, Agent prompt crafting)
• Interest in Martech or Adtech

Responsibilities

• Learn about Real Identity product capabilities and act as the Product level first line of response to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to building product business plans to drive revenue and rationalize investment
• Contribute to creating product road maps and write user stories and requirements
• Implement product development plan as a hands-on partner with engineering
• Work closely with delivery to ensure product operations and delivery capabilities are addressed
• Crafts recommendations on ongoing product fitness based on financial and client satisfaction metrics
