Morrison Foerster is seeking a senior associate for its Products Liability/Commercial Litigation practice on a reduced schedule (1,400 hours) with remote work and a non-partnership track. Candidates should have 6+ years of relevant experience, strong case management, and excellent client service.

The role requires active bar admission in the home state (or waiver eligibility) and comfort with West Coast time zones while collaborating across MoFo offices and matters.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of experience in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation.
• Ability to manage cases with a high degree of autonomy and strong client service.
• Experience drafting briefs and handling discovery and document review.

Responsibilities

• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery with accuracy.
• Manage document collection, review, and production with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate cases in MDL and/or statewide proceedings when necessary.
• Maintain strong written and oral communication with clients and colleagues.
• Adapt to West Coast time zones while working remotely on a reduced schedule.
