Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Product Designer who crafts holistic software experiences for our PSA and Service Desk products. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design features from discovery through delivery and translate complex problems into intuitive user flows and elegant UI.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a fully remote, async-friendly team with opportunities to contribute to the Design System and shape the product’s visual language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
• 4+ years designing user interfaces/experiences for a SaaS company.
• Experience collaborating directly with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment.
• Experience using visual design and information architecture to create intuitive interfaces.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience creating, contributing to, and maintaining design systems.
• Experience delivering features to market with product and engineering teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX process and polished visual execution.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote team with strong async communication habits.

Responsibilities

• Design new software features and enhancements that align with business priorities.
• Own design for features from discovery through delivery, partnering with PMs and Engineers.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with other designers to enhance overall design quality and consistency across the product.
• Contribute to and help maintain our growing Design System.
• Balance speed and craft; know when to ship fast and when to invest in detail.
• Other duties as needed.
