Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Product Designer who cares deeply about customers and distilling complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic software experiences. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to deliver a unified customer experience.

You will design features from discovery through delivery, conduct user research, contribute to and maintain our Design System, and ensure consistency across the product.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing UI/UX for SaaS.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers in Agile environments.
• Strong visual design and information architecture skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating both UX process and polished visual execution.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design new software features aligned with top priorities.
• Own design end-to-end from discovery through delivery.
• Translate complex problems into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform decisions.
• Maintain consistency across the product and contribute to the Design System.
