You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, run research from discovery through usability testing, and translate insights into accessible, end-to-end experiences used by store staff and managers. This role values ambiguity tolerance, rapid iteration, and AI-enabled retail thinking.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product design
• Experience owning features from discovery through implementation
• Running user research from discovery through usability testing

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of IRL features from discovery through production-ready design.
• Build understanding of how store associates, managers, and admin users work within Endear.
• Design accessible product experiences across loading, empty, error, and permission states.
