You’ll work independently or with cross-functional teams, using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to craft user-centered designs, participate in research, and contribute to product strategy.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in product and visual design for web and mobile
• Strong UX principles: research, usability testing, translating insights to design decisions
• Ability to own features or tracks from wireframes to high-fidelity execution
• Experience guiding discovery phases and defining product direction with strategy and engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Product Design for web and app, applying research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity outputs
• Conduct user research and discovery to inform feature planning and prioritization
• Apply UX methods like journey maps, user flows, and usability testing to create strategic experiences
• Lead visual direction on select projects and produce assets for product and marketing
• Create high-impact presentation decks and visuals for clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams with annotated designs and QA input
• Contribute design support for case studies, marketing assets, and social content
