Job summary

Constructor.io seeks a product designer to shape the demo experience for Product Discovery 2027. You’ll own problems, not screens, and collaborate with PMs and engineers to translate research into production-ready interfaces for an AI-powered ecommerce platform.

You’ll lead user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis, design scalable systems, define flows, and deliver final mockups and assets across key pages. This remote role offers a home office stipend and a training budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading user interviews, usability tests and data analysis.
• Ability to translate research insights into production-ready interfaces.
• Proven collaboration with product managers and engineers in B2B contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding flows and the demo experience for Product Discovery 2027.
• Define design aesthetics that reflect the new product direction.
• Map user flows and interactions for cutting-edge features leveraging AI/LLMs.
• Deliver final mockups and assets for key pages and states.
• Ensure designs are scalable and align with the design system.
• Work with PMs and engineers to ship impactful design work.
